• Assist in training new hires on service procedures and Kohl's brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes (register balancing, change orders, replenish supplies).
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Respond to direction from supervisors and other associates.
• Maintain safety for customers and associates.
