Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently execute POS and customer service standards per company guidelines to deliver courteous, fast service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist training of new service team members and teach POS procedures and use of tools.
• Participate in daily service processes (register, cash balancing, change orders, replenishment).
