Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand long periods and move around the store.
• Able to lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
• Work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with omnichannel processes: Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery; follow SOPs.
