Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Operate checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Educate customers about Rewards program and enroll them.
• Assist with BOPIS/SFS and omni-channel processes.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain planograms.
• Maintain store recovery, SISO, and AD sets.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; uphold safety standards.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
