Job summary

Michaels is hiring at our Des Peres store to deliver friendly, fast checkout and helpful service to customers. You will assist shoppers, enroll customers in the Rewards program, and support omnichannel options such as BOPIS and SFS.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, are comfortable with cash handling, and can adhere to SOPs while promoting our brand values.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience; perform cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain merchandise in-stock and recovered; complete returns/go back process.
• Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance.
