Skims at Lenox Square is seeking Seasonal Team Members to deliver an elevated customer experience during peak season. You will learn product stories, assist customers with sizing, and support POS transactions while maintaining a premium store environment.

Ideal candidates have retail or sales experience, strong communication, a passion for helping others, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. 18+ and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or service.
• A passion for helping others and enjoys being part of a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver an elevated, personalized experience.
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently assist customers.
• Maintain a premium brand feel with professional tone and poised selling.
• Keep floor stocked, clean, and organized during busy hours to support operations.
• Confidently assist POS and MPOS transactions with accuracy and care.
• Collaborate with team to drive store results and uphold customer focus.
