Job summary

SKIMS is seeking Seasonal Team Members in Columbus to deliver an exceptional store experience during our busiest season. You’ll greet customers, learn product stories, and support a fast-paced, high-traffic environment while upholding a premium brand feel. Availability includes weekends, some closing shifts, and adherence to blackout periods.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this role.
• Experience in retail, sales or the service industry
• A passion for helping others and enjoys being a part of a team
• The ability to multi-task and pivot quickly while working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
• Have exceptional communication skills and are comfortable receiving feedback

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention.
• Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit so you can confidently and thoughtfully support each customer and build trust.
• Use elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel, even in a fast paced, high traffic environment.
• Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized.
• Confidently support POS and MPOS transactions, creating a seamless and efficient checkout experience while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and elevated customer engagement.
• Leverage our company tools, resources, and the support of your team.
• Stay flexible and step into different zones of the store as needed.
• Be curious and ask questions! You take feedback seriously and look for opportunities to make your work better each day.
