Job summary

SKIMS in Bloomington, MN is hiring a Seasonal Team Member for the busy holiday period from 10/5/26 to 1/23/27. You will help deliver an exceptional store experience, support a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a high-performing team during peak season.

Availability includes weekends with at least 14 hours across Saturday and Sunday, at least one closing shift, and 3 closing shifts across weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail, sales or the service industry.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and provide elevated service.
• Learn product stories and assist customers confidently.
• Support POS and MPOS transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, stocked and organized store floor.
• Collaborate with team to drive store goals.
• Adapt to changing zones and shifts.
