Job summary

Michaels in League City, TX is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to assist shoppers, process transactions, and support store operations on a full-time basis. You will help customers locate products, explain benefits, and participate in omni-channel services.

As part of the team, you will stock, merchandise, and uphold store standards while promoting rewards programs and framing services. A positive attitude and commitment to our SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand long hours and move throughout store.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Ability to handle cash and assist with checkout.
• Knowledge of store policies and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms.
• Maintain in-stock, merchandised store and handle returns.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact respectfully and be a role model.
