Job summary

The Michaels Stores in Tulsa Hills is seeking open availability for a seasonal team member. You will help customers find products, provide friendly checkout, and support in-store operations to keep the shelves stocked and the store welcoming.

You’ll assist with truck unloading, merchandising, BOPIS/SFS processes, and participate in the rewards program enrollments, while delivering strong service and aligning with store policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Able to stand long periods and lift/light loads.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers in the Rewards program and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and gather feedback.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; follow SOPs and safety rules.
