The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service oriented Retail Associate for HomeGoods in Statesboro, GA. You will deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, engage with shoppers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment in support of business needs.

You will model exceptional service, promote loyalty programs, and work across departments as needed. The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and procedures on the sales floor.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures.
• Supports store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
