Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver superior customer experience.
• Ring customer purchases and returns accurately and handle change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness.
• Support shrink reduction initiatives.
• Maintain safety and comply with laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
