Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate in Phoenix to deliver a highly satisfactory customer experience and keep a clean, organized store environment.

You will interact with customers, ring purchases, support merchandising and loss prevention, and participate in daily store operations. This role offers a competitive hourly pay range of USD 15.15–15.65 and growth opportunities within TJX.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
