Job summary

SET is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associates to join our boutique, powered by the Leap Platform, during the upcoming peak selling season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating meaningful customer connections, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment.

As a brand ambassador, you will bring the customer experience to life through authentic engagement, product knowledge, and thoughtful selling.

Qualifications

Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience required.
Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support seasonal needs.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Engage customers through authentic conversation and personalized recommendations.
Build product knowledge to educate customers and share the brand story.
Provide thoughtful service from initial engagement through checkout.
Represent the brand with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
Support store operations, replenishment, inventory, and daily tasks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready environment.
Collaborate with leadership and teammates to meet store goals.
