Responsibilities

• Actively approach customers needing help and advise on best home solutions.
• Keep area clean, tidy, priced and stocked; maintain merchandising standards.
• Share product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Build furniture as needed for store initiatives and remodels.
• Prepare and serve IKEA Food menu items following safety guidelines.
• Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at receipt.
• Flow product to final selling location and process sales transactions.
• Provide customers with a smooth returns and exchange experience.
