Qualifications

• Customer service experience is essential.

• Cashier experience and POS handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product knowledge, styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers promptly and balance multiple customers in a busy setting.
• Assist with omnichannel tasks to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain and promote current promotions and the loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering excellent service and keeping the store safe and clean.
