Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers and help them explore baby essentials, joining a welcoming, inclusive environment that values teamwork and growth.

You’ll support omnichannel shopping, process transactions at the register, stock shelves, and promote promotions and the loyalty program. A positive, service-oriented attitude and the ability to lift 40 pounds are important.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and loyalty programs, including credit.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize losses.
