You’ll greet customers, showcase baby essentials, assist with school readiness, and support omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience. You’ll process POS transactions, stock shelves, and promote our loyalty program.

Formación

• Frontline customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet customers warmly and resolve issues professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in a retail setting.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently resolve customer issues in a busy retail environment and manage multiple customers simultaneously.
• Support omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process transactions at the point of sale/register efficiently.
• Assist with floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and loyalty programs to customers, including credits where applicable.
• Help minimize store loss by delivering outstanding service and keeping the store clean and safe.
