Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown for a seasonal store. You will help drive sales and profitability by ensuring excellent guest services, developing staff, and maintaining merchandising standards.

The role requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 18, and a flexible schedule. Physical duties include standing 8+ hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
