Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Independence Mall to support daily photo operations and lead a seasonal team through peak periods. You will drive sales, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and help with scheduling, training and store readiness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management.
• Able to lead a team and make sound decisions.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Local Manager in leading the seasonal team to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Support opening-day prep: staffing, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling and training.
• Capture memorable guest moments and guide souvenir selection.
• Resolve guest concerns to maintain positive service.
