Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Local Manager to join our team and help lead daily photo operations for holiday memories.

You will work alongside the Local Manager to motivate a seasonal team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest service from start to finish. Responsibilities include opening-day prep, staff scheduling, training, and assisting with inventory while promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Assist with opening-day preparations: staffing, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, and procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
