Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Short Pump Town Center to support daily photo operations and coach a seasonal team. You’ll help drive sales, ensure top-tier guest experiences, and manage opening/closing procedures with the Local Manager.

You’ll lead by example, handle cash transactions, and participate in seasonal training while contributing to a fun, fast-paced environment that values safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability to attend required pre-season training and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Assist with opening-day preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and guest service from start to finish.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues to support a positive guest experience.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to Local Management as needed.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
