Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs engages in seasonal holiday photography experiences at Green Acres Mall. As Seasonal Holiday Assistant Manager, you will support the Local Manager, oversee a holiday team, drive sales and guest service excellence, and ensure a magical Santa visit and photo experience for families.

You’ll lead opening-day prep, scheduling, training, and daily operations, while developing team members and delivering high-quality guest experiences throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in cash handling and sales transactions.
• Able to lead a team, work independently and make decisions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• Minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold company policies.
• Assist Local Manager with hiring, inventory, scheduling and training.
• Open/close procedures and daily operations.
• Capture photos and help guests pick souvenirs.
• Resolve guest concerns and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
