Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs seeks a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at FlatIron Crossing to lead a seasonal team, supervise daily photo operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest service in partnership with the Local Manager.

You will hire, train, and schedule staff, motivate the team, and help with opening/closing procedures. Prior retail leadership is helpful; photography experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Lead a team and work independently.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales position.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company values.
• Assist with opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, scheduling, training, procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce management policies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with scheduling, recruiting, and admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
