Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. in Willowbrook, NJ is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Local Manager in leading the team and delivering exceptional guest experiences during the holiday season.

You will support daily photo operations, coordinate staffing and training, and help manage opening/closing procedures while ensuring safety and accuracy in guest interactions. This seasonal role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to return next season, and perks like

Qualifications

Strong leadership and guest-service skills.
Experience in retail or holiday operations is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced seasonal environment.

Responsibilities

Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company values.
Support opening-day preparations, including staffing, inventory, setup, scheduling, and training.
Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
Photography experience not required.
Resolve customer concerns to ensure a strong guest experience.
Lead by example and reinforce senior-management procedures.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other admin tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
