Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager for FlatIron Crossing in Colorado. You will assist the Local Manager, lead a seasonal team, and ensure a memorable Santa visit and high-quality guest service. The role emphasizes teamwork, training, scheduling, and delivering outstanding photo experiences.

The position offers a fast-paced, festive environment with opportunities for future seasons and growth within the souvenir photography division where available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable with cash handling and sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Attendance at required pre-season training.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Nice to have: prior leadership or management experience in retail/hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling, training, and procedures.
• Capture photos and assist guests in selecting memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
