Job summary

Molton Brown in Liverpool is hiring a Seasonal Retail Advisor to deliver a personalised customer experience. You will guide shoppers through fragrance, body care and home scenting, helping them find products that suit their lifestyle.

No prior experience required; reliability and being a true team player are valued. The role is a fixed-term contract, 6 hours per week, ending on 24 December 2026, with a staff discount and bonus opportunities.

As a Seasonal Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products, you’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don’t need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day, to achieve store targets.
