Molton Brown is seeking a Seasonal Retail Advisor for our Braintree Outlet to deliver exceptional customer experiences during the festive period. No prior experience required; reliability and a team-focused approach are valued as you engage customers with our fragrance and home scenting range.

As a Seasonal Retail Advisor, you won’t just sell products, you’ll guide every customer through our world of fragrance, body care and home scenting to discover the perfect lifestyle products to Cleanse, Wear and Live in for themselves and their loved ones.

You don’t need experience to join us, we ask that you are reliable, a true team player to support the commercial and operational aspirations of the store and have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience to every customer, every day, to achieve store targets.
