Responsibilities

• Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient, and personalized manner.
• Acts as a liaison between the service staff and kitchen team to ensure timely and effective communication.
• Maintains restaurant and related facilities cleanliness, stock, and organization; inspects equipment and reports maintenance needs.
• Verifies room setup according to reservation or event requirements.
• Completes side work including cleaning equipment and storage areas.
• Assists with maintaining food and beverage inventory.
• Prepares daily operational reports.
• Participates in all required meetings.
• Performs dining room duties (serving, bussing, seating, room service, clerical duties).
• Assists with interviewing, training, planning, and directing staff; provides hiring and performance input.
• Addresses guest concerns and communicates feedback to management.
• Coordinates team members and monitors staffing, volume, and costs.
• Adheres to safe work practices and maintains reliable attendance.
