Job summary

Aspen One in Aspen is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver food and beverages in a timely, friendly, and professional manner at a table service restaurant and/or bar/lounge, reporting to the Restaurant Manager.

Applicants should have strong guest service skills, be able to upsell menu items, and operate POS systems. A HS diploma is preferred; TIPS certification is a plus. Seasonal full-time or part-time shifts include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One year prior guest service experience preferred.
• TIPS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Set tables, stock condiments, and update menus.
• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Provide alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverage service.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and communicate guest comments to management.
• Assist in daily restaurant cleaning and uphold safety standards.
