Aspen One is seeking a Banquet Server to support events with setup, service and breakdown. You will ensure prompt, courteous service and maintain proper table setup and equipment handling throughout banquets and outdoor functions.

Qualifications

• 1 year serving, bartending or food & beverage experience required
• Knowledge of food, beverage and banquet products offered
• Basic wine knowledge
• Ability to work under stressful circumstances
• Proficiency in communicating clearly in English, both verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Handle guest’s requests in a warm, friendly professional manner
• Maintain positive communication with kitchen personnel
• Serve guests food and beverage according to standards
• Set tables and check table setup according to standards
• Maintain cleaning of serving equipment and prevent breakage
• Reset function rooms and perform side duties as assigned
• Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed by management
• Others duties as assigned
