Job summary

Outbound Stowe is hiring for a seasonal team member to support full-time and part-time shifts now through October 30, 2026. The role includes a $500 retention bonus paid after the season ends, and a friendly team environment with opportunities to gain valuable experience in a dining setting.

As a server, you will greet guests, explain the menu, take orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure a great dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
• Alcohol service and Food Handler certifications are required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Able to multitask and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and drink orders.
• Recommend menu items and share knowledge of food and beverages.
• Resolve guest concerns to create loyalty.
• Create memorable experiences with a welcoming demeanor.
• Coordinate with kitchen on dietary needs and allergies.
• Multi-task with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
