Qualifications

• Must be flexible with workdays and hours.
• Alcohol server and Food Handler certifications required.
• Fluent English communication, both oral and written.
• Experience in food and beverage service preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically welcome guests and assist with seating.
• Describe menu items and provide recommendations.
• Resolve guest issues and build guest loyalty.
• Create memorable experiences with a welcoming demeanor.
• Coordinate with culinary team on special requests and allergies.
