Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
• All certification levels can provide tax notice services
• Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients through in-person and virtual tools
• Prepare and file complete, accurate tax returns for individuals and entities
• Assist clients with IRS notices and tax planning
• Mentor teammates and contribute to team training
