Job summary

Realsmokedbbq is looking for a Catering Support Team Member to handle catering inquiries and assist during the busy BBQ season. This remote job requires excellent phone etiquette and attention to detail. Ideal candidates will communicate orders accurately and provide outstanding customer service through phone and email.

The position is seasonal with 24-32 hours per week through December, followed by up to 16 hours per week starting January 2027.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably phone-based.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls for all BBQ locations and assist guests with catering orders.
• Process and confirm catering orders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Communicate orders with the appropriate teams to ensure smooth execution.
