The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, coordinating with local businesses and community partners, and maintaining organization while supporting the team and sharing a passion for great BBQ. Evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, event planning, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and community partners.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills to juggle events and tasks.
• Evenings and weekends availability as events require.
