Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to provide front-line supervision to customer service representatives, ensuring program objectives and service levels are met. This is a seasonal, remote (work at home) position lasting about 6–8 weeks with an 8-hour shift between 7am–7pm CST.

Remote workers must reside within 75 miles of Lawrence, KS; equipment pickup/return is at the Lawrence site. Onsite clearance and fingerprinting are required, and overtime may be available on Mondays and 12/11.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work of call center staff to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
• Interview and assist with hiring decisions in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR
• Develop work schedules and assign duties for efficiency
• Monitor performance and take action in collaboration with HR as needed
• Provide coaching and identify training needs for direct reports
• Ensure compliance with Wage & Hour policies and rest/meal breaks
• Support and enforce call center expectations and policies
• Escalate issues and assist with difficult cases as needed
