Job summary

Rancho Springs Hospital is hiring Seasonal Registered Nurses for the Med-Surg-Tele units. These temporary assignments run from October 2026 through March 2027, with exceptional pay and a completion bonus.

Qualified RNs are encouraged to apply, with a focus on safety, teamwork, and high-quality patient care. Staff RNs provide assessments, treatments, and care across the continuum, adhering to hospital policies and core values.

Qualifications

• One (1) year medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility.
• Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
• Current BLS certification and ACLS certification.
• NIHSS Stroke certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care on assigned Med-Surg-Tele units.
• Assess, treat, and care for patients throughout the continuum.
• Manage pain, invasive lines and surgical drains per policy.

These seasonal positions are temporary assignments, working October 2026 through March 2027. Staff Registered Nurses are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, providing assessments, treatment and care on assigned units. Will provide care for patients throughout the continuum of care, including management of pain, invasive lines and surgical drains. Staff Registered Nurses will also practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies as well as consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals' Core Values and the hospitals mission statement

Qualifications

Seasonal Schedule Requirements:

Must work at least one holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's

Must be scheduled for no less than four shifts per pay period

Job Requirements:

One (1) year medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility REQUIRED.

Registered Nurse with current California RN license
Current BLS certification - American Heart Association

Current ACLS certification - American Heart Association
