Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital and Rancho Springs Hospital seeks experienced Seasonal Registered Nurses for Med-Surg Tele units. These temporary assignments float between facilities October 2026 through March 2027, with competitive pay and a completion bonus.

Qualified RNs must have 1 year medical/surgical acute care experience, a California RN license, BLS and ACLS, and NIHSS Stroke Certification. Holiday work is required and positions offer growth opportunities within UHS.

Qualifications

• One (1) year medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility is REQUIRED.
• Current California RN license is required.
• Current BLS certification - American Heart Association.
• Current ACLS certification - American Heart Association.
• NIHSS Stroke Cert.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care on assigned Med-Surg Tele units.
• Perform assessments, treatment and care across the continuum of care.
• Manage pain, invasive lines and surgical drains as part of patient care.
• Align practice with hospital policies and core values.

Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital and Rancho Springs Hospital continue to grow, and is excited about hiring experienced, Seasonal Registered Nurses for our Med-Surg-Tele units. This position floats between facilities, between all Med Surg Tele Units. These seasonal positions are temporary assignments, working October 2026 through March 2027. Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital and Rancho Springs Hospital is offering exceptional pay, and a bonus for successful completion of the assignment. Staff Registered Nurses

are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, providing assessments, treatment and care on assigned units. Will provide care for patients throughout the continuum of care, including management of pain, invasive lines and surgical drains. Staff Registered Nurses will also practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies as well as consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals’ Core Values and the hospitals mission statement

Qualifications

Seasonal Schedule Requirements:

• Must work at least one holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s
• Must be scheduled for no less than four shifts per pay period

Job Requirements:
