Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital and Rancho Springs Hospital are hiring experienced Seasonal Registered Nurses for Med-Surg-Tele units. These seasonal positions are temporary assignments from October 2026 through March 2027, offering exceptional pay and a bonus for successful completion of the assignment.

RNs provide care throughout the continuum on assigned Med-Surg Tele units and will float between facilities.

Qualifikationen

• One year medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility is REQUIRED.
• Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
• Current BLS certification - American Heart Association.
• Current ACLS certification - American Heart Association.
• NIHSS Stroke Cert.

Aufgaben

• Staff Registered Nurses are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, providing assessments, treatment and care on assigned units. Will provide care for patients throughout the continuum of care, including management of pain, invasive lines and surgical drains.
• Staff Registered Nurses will also practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies as well as consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the hospitals’ Core Values and mission statement.

Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital and Rancho Springs Hospital continue to grow, and is excited about hiring experienced, Seasonal Registered Nurses for our Med-Surg-Tele units. This position floats between facilities, between all Med Surg Tele Units. These seasonal positions are temporary assignments, working October 2026 through March 2027. Seasonal Schedule Requirements

Must work at least one holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s

Must be scheduled for no less than four shifts per pay period

Job Requirements

One (1) year medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility REQUIRED.

Registered Nurse with current California RN license

Current BLS certification - American Heart Association

Current ACLS certification - American Heart Association
