Job summary

The Salvation Army Northern Division is seeking a Kettle Campaign Coordinator for seasonal, site-based operations in Ramsey, ND. The role involves hiring and onboarding seasonal staff, scheduling, timekeeping, kettle logistics, and data entry to track campaign activity.

Hours are 25 per week at $15/hour, through December 2026, with driving and lifting requirements. Flexibility for days, evenings, and Saturdays is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience coordinating employees, volunteers, schedules, or similar operations preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet motor vehicle record requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing schedules and priorities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with employees, volunteers, donors, businesses, and the public.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn job-related systems.
• Dependable and professional with good judgment and ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and onboarding seasonal bell ringers and kettle drivers.
• Timekeeping and payroll support for seasonal staff.
• Developing daily schedules for employees and volunteers; manage call-offs and coverage.
• Kettle operations: placement, pickup, and movement of kettles and equipment; site support.
• Data entry and campaign tracking of kettle activity, staffing, and collections.
• Assist with kettle routes, deliveries, pickups, and staffing coverage.
