HANOVER TOWNSHIP PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT

Seasonal Public Works Laborer

Hanover Township seeks summer full-time Parks and Field Maintenance Workers. Applicants must be 18 years of age or over and possess a valid New Jersey Driver’s License.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Weed-whacking
2. Mowing
3. Dumping grass containers on the sanitation truck
4. Loading brush into the trash truck
5. Athletic field maintenance
6. Operation of small equipment (as required)

Hours of employment are Mondays through Thursdays 6:30 am - 3:30 pm and Fridays 7:00 am - 1:00 pm, totaling a 40-hour work week. Summer employment start date to be determined.

The rate of pay will be $15.49 - $16.13 per hour. No fringe benefits. EOE/ADA.
