Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops and leads workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service and safety.
• Builds strong working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training for new and current employees.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and department, station and government requirements.
• Allocates resources to maximize output and efficiency.
• Promotes team-oriented culture and proactive communication across departments.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
