Job summary

TravisMathew, LLC seeks an energetic retail associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in-store. You will engage with clients, build repeat business, and represent knowledge of seasonal apparel and its uses.

Role involves supporting events, CRM activities, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required, in a retail setting.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Instill an approachable and efficient sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service
• Connect with in-store clients and develop and retain a following of repeat clients to drive individual sales goals
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of apparel each season, including fit, fabric and intended use of the line

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1-year experience in a client services related capacity
