Channel Islands YMCA in Paso Robles is seeking an experienced Department/Program Lead for Centennial Park. The role supports enrollment processing, staff scheduling, and program communications, while providing branch oversight and member services.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work experience in related field preferred.
• Complete required certifications within 60 days of hire.
• Complete all required Branch and Position specific trainings as required within two weeks of hire.
• Ability to obtain a criminal record clearance.

Aufgaben

• Assist Program Director with enrollment processing, staff schedule generation, and program communications.
• Provide general oversight to the branch environment including serving as a manager on duty, enforcing membership expectations, cross marketing, and working with peers on branch goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster connections with members.
• Participate in and satisfactory completion of in-service trainings.
• Create an environment that is welcoming, nurturing, and inclusive for all members and guests.
• Work collaboratively and respectfully as part of a staff team.
• Ensure building, grounds, and equipment are in working order; report any concerns.
• Maintain certifications and take advantage of professional growth opportunities.
• Support the annual campaign process including education of members.
• Understand your role as a mandated reporter of elder and child abuse; report and respond to situations per policies.
• Ensure safety of children in facilities and programs and that proper supervision is provided.
