Job summary

YMCA Storer Camps in Jackson, MI is seeking a Seasonal Program Educator to lead outdoor programming that reflects our core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

You will deliver Residential Outdoor Education and Specialty Programs, guide Group Retreats and Camping experiences, and supervise recreational and evening activities for weekend groups, with on-site housing and meals provided.

Qualifications

• A college degree or relevant coursework demonstrates commitment to education and outdoor programs.
• Ability to teach Natural Science, Adventure Education, and Cultural History.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for leading activities and programs.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to enriching participant experiences.
