Position Overview

This seasonal position involves operating designated production equipment efficiently, including start-up, change over, shut down, and preventative maintenance. Equipment may include production line machinery, forklifts, or other power equipment. Responsibilities also include manual tasks such as loading, reworking products, and conveyor loading, along with quality assurance and maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in production, preferably in food and beverage
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work efficiently alone or as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Forklift experience (required in some locations)
• Flexible hours, including weekends
• Visual and olfactory inspection skills
• Proper PPE usage (safety shoes, hair nets, goggles, ear plugs)
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and outdoors in various weather conditions
