Overview

Compensation: $19.00/hour

Location: Mableton, GA

Work Hours: Mon - Fri, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate designated production equipment efficiently and safely.
• Handle start-up, operation, change over, shutdown, and preventative maintenance of equipment, including production lines and forklifts.
• Follow safety policies, including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Perform manual tasks such as loading, reworking products, and loading conveyors.
• Ensure quality assurance and testing compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness of the plant, production lines, and facilities (5S).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in production, preferably in food and beverage.
• Commitment to safety and quality, with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work efficiently alone or in a team.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds safely.
• Forklift experience required in some locations.
• Flexible hours and occasional weekends, depending on location.
• Ability to visually inspect materials and smell for quality.
• Wearing PPE such as safety shoes, hair nets, goggles, and ear plugs is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work around moving mechanical parts and outside conditions, including weather and noise.
