Job summary

Grand Targhee Resort is seeking a Product Support Coordinator to manage product setup and maintenance across multiple software platforms, ensuring a seamless guest experience across all resort departments.

You will test and supportTickets, lift passes, and summer activities while collaborating with Reservations, Retail, Guest Experience, and IT. A strong emphasis is placed on data analysis and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience in resort operations, business analysis, or product implementation preferred.
• Experience with resort POS/e-commerce systems (RTP, Inntopia, Aspenware) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, maintain, and troubleshoot resort products across applicable software platforms.
• Support winter Ticket Control operations by troubleshooting lift ticket and season pass issues.
• Investigate, document, and resolve ticketing, product, and system errors; escalate when needed.
• Monitor product and ticket functionality to identify issues affecting operations or guest experience.
• Collaborate with resort departments to resolve recurring system issues and provide guidance to staff.
• Assist guests and employees with product and ticketing issues; provide timely resolution.
• Monitor for potential fraudulent pass use and document incidents.
• Identify opportunities to improve product functionality and guest experience.
• Communicate issues to supervisors and other departments via phone, radio, email.
