Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred and must be obtained within 3 years of employment.
• Texas RN license eligibility required to practice in the state.
• Current BLS on hire and ACLS from approved vendor within 90 days.
• Advanced Nursing Certification preferred or obtained within first 12 months of employment.

• Assess the patient’s condition at admission and each shift, documenting changes.
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic response with timely charting.
• Provide responsive care by addressing patient requests and anticipating needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, medications and follow-up, ensuring understanding.
